Special Session on Quantum computing applied to industry and cybersecurity (QUINCY)

Scope

This session aims to delve into the transformative potential of quantum computing in industrial applications and cybersecurity. Key topics include the fundamentals of quantum computing and quantum information, as well as the emerging field of post-quantum cryptography and its impact on current security protocols. This session also includes the advancements in Quantum Machine Learning (QML) and its potential to revolutionize data processing, including quantum threat detection techniques and quantum classification methods. It will focus on how these technologies can improve the security and optimization of complex industrial processes. 

The special session encourages discussions among researchers, industry professionals, and experts to foster innovative approaches that bridge quantum technologies with real-world applications, while addressing the challenges of integrating quantum solutions into existing frameworks.
